21岁的翟君霞，就读于太原幼儿师范高等专科学校，虽然身高仅有119厘米，但她仍在特殊教育老师的梦想道路上执着前行。

翟君霞出生于山西省阳泉市，8个月时因病确诊侏儒症，生活与求学之路充满艰辛。

2023年入学青少年工作与管理专业以来，翟君霞成绩名列前茅，并荣获国家奖学金。寒暑假期间，她也会到残联、社区做志愿服务。

在一次教育实践中，翟君霞被孤独症儿童的爱意所感染，孩子们主动伸来的小手以及给她的大大拥抱，让她更坚定了从事特殊教育的决心，她期望用自己的知识和爱心去照亮更多孩子的未来。
