12月18日，由省残联主办的第九届“冰雪河北 快乐你我”河北省残疾人冰雪运动季在石家庄市西部长青滑雪场正式启动。本届残疾人冰雪季以“绽放冰雪梦想，乐享康复健身体育”为主题，残疾人冰雪运动爱好者、残疾人体育健身指导员培训班学员、助残志愿者等共200余人参加了活动。

在冬日暖阳的映照下，启动活动现场气氛热烈而温馨，处处洋溢着残疾人参与冰雪运动的热情。残奥冠军赵帅以饱满的激情向河北省残疾人发出了积极参与冬季体育健身的倡议，主办单位和残疾人代表共同启动了本届冰雪运动季。残疾人朋友在志愿者协助下开展了雪地拔河、雪地龙舟、滑雪圈、雪地毛毛虫等趣味雪上活动，尽享冰雪运动的快乐。

本届冰雪季活动将持续到2025年3月底，期间将在唐山、沧州、邢台、定州等市分片区举办残疾人冰雪运动展示示范活动；组织开展各级残疾人健身指导员培训班，为残疾人参与康复体育健身培养师资；开展线上残疾人康复健身指导和冰雪运动知识普及，方便更多残疾人了解和参与康复健身体育项目；河北省各地也将同步组织开展各种冰雪体验、趣味冰雪运动会等丰富多彩的冬季体育活动。

河北省残疾人冰雪运动季自2016年开始举办，已经连续成功举办了8届，为动员和吸引残疾人朋友积极投身冬季体育健身，推广和普及残疾人大众冰雪运动做出了积极贡献。
