为提高村妇女增收致富能力，将“指尖技艺”变成“指尖经济”，武清区妇联、高村镇妇联联合汇文编织社在田户村妇女之家开展特色钩织培训活动，邀请刘晓凤老师进行授课，帮助村、社区50余名灵活就业妇女提升技能。

培训采取线上线下相结合的方式开展，在线下活动中，刘晓凤老师介绍了手工钩织的技巧和要点，展示精美钩织作品，现场示范手工钩织的基本手法和短针、长针等不同针法，对学员进行一对一指导，通过近距离慢动作教学，让大家快速掌握钩织技法。

为让大家视觉上更直观、更清晰、更易上手操作，刘晓凤老师制作《新手保姆级钩织教程》教学视频，通过线上教学等方式演示钩织技巧，大家纷纷动手尝试，不少村、社区妇女还将作品分享出来，学习的积极性不断高涨。

接下来，武清区各级妇联将充分发挥引领服务联系作用，持续跟进培训效果，以妇女需求为导向，以“汇文编织项目”为示范，搭建灵活就业女性技能提升平台和增收致富平台，积极探索妇联组织促进妇女就业创业的新路子，为推进乡村全面振兴贡献巾帼力量。
