技能绽风采 拼搏创未来
为深入贯彻《国务院办公厅关于印发〈促进残疾人就业三年行动实施方案（2025—2027年）〉的通知》（国办发〔2025〕23号）精神，全面检验芜湖市残疾人职业技能培训成效，加强残疾人技能人才队伍建设，由芜湖市残联、市人社局、市总工会、市教育局联合主办的第十一届残疾人职业技能竞赛近日正式开赛。
本届竞赛紧扣就业市场需求与残疾人职业发展特点，设置信息通信技术、美术专业、手工业、服务业四大类12个竞赛项目，涵盖电子商务师、文本处理、海报设计、插花、裁缝、剪纸、美发师、美甲师、中式面点师、互联网营销师、短视频制作、保健按摩师等领域，既立足当下产业发展趋势，又贴合残疾人就业能力特点。

在赛事组织上，本届竞赛在总结往届经验、借鉴省赛国赛标准的基础上，结合新时代残疾人事业发展新要求，创新采用“理论考试+现场技能操作”相结合的考评方式，既注重专业知识的系统性考核，又突出实际操作能力的综合评价，确保全面、科学、公正地评估选手技能水平。
比赛现场，选手们全神贯注投入竞技，以娴熟技艺与专注态度完成各项比拼，充分展现了残疾人自强不息、锐意进取的精神风貌。

经过全天激烈角逐，最终评选出一等奖12名、二等奖15名、三等奖17名，1支代表队获优秀组织奖。组委会现场为获奖选手颁发证书及奖金，其中各项目第一名获得者将由市人社局推荐申报“芜湖市技术能手”，并择优推荐申报市总工会“芜湖市五一劳动奖章”。
作为残疾人职业技能提升工作的重要抓手，2025年以来，芜湖市已举办残疾人职业技能培训28期，免费培训1204名残疾人，投入资金128.5万元；在残疾人技能人才队伍建设中，已有1人获评“安徽省五一劳动奖章”、1人获“安徽省金牌职工”称号，6人获“芜湖市五一劳动奖章”、19人获评“芜湖市技术能手”，充分彰显了市残疾人职业技能培训工作的扎实成效。

此次竞赛既是对芜湖市残疾人职业培训成果的集中检阅，更是为残疾人搭建的技艺交流、风采展示、潜能开发平台，有效激发了残疾人学习技能、提升本领的内生动力。
据悉，来自各县市区及市盲校的10支代表队、150名残疾人选手齐聚赛场，以精湛技艺展现专业风采。
